Our office is looking for a Multi-tasking Ninja! A TEAM PLAYER that is EAGER to learn and take on more responsibility.

We are looking for a Staffing Specialist that can think outside the box, enjoys helping people, easily makes connections and builds relationships.

Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers and associates by maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships
  • Navigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), our texting App and more
  • Proactively recruit new applicants by developing creative recruitment tactics. When needed, perform high volume outbound phone calls and messaging via our texting App and social media to find qualified workers when trying to fill a job orders
  • Schedule interviews
  • Match applicants with our customers open positions and ensure that the match works great for both the employees and our customers
  • Quickly and proficiently process and assign employees
  • Assist in processing payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner according to payroll processes
  • Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind

· Attend Staffing operation, training, and weekly roundup meetings

  • Assist with workers comp claims
  • Attend jobs fair to promote our office and recruiting for our open positions
  • Emails must be checked and addressed minimum of once an hour

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
  • A sense of urgency

· Attention to detail and a proven track record in staffing

o 2+ years in staffing environment

  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as resumes and procedure manuals
  • Basic computer knowledge - Microsoft Office/Word/Excel

Office environment with continual customer interaction, constantly operates a computer, phone, and other office equipment. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, listen, and type for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
