Notre Dame Health System is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to add to our team at Chateau de Notre Dame Nursing Facility. The successful candidate will work with the Director of Nursing and administrator to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing for the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents as directed by nursing and facility administration.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related clinical experience in long-term care setting preferred.

Primary duties include review of the daily schedule and communication with employees to fill staffing needs, therefore, strong communications skills are a must. Experience with Attendance on Demand (employee time tracking and scheduling system) is a plus. Other duties include interviewing potential candidates, hire paperwork, communicating with our Human Resources Manager and other duties as assigned.

This is a full time position, reporting to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator. Benefits for this position include health insurance, vacation, sick time, and 401k. There is the possibility for on-call staffing management for which there will be a supplemental on-call pay rate.
