We are a growing tax CPA firm that was named one of the best accounting firms in St. Louis in 2018. Our firm offers competitive pay and benefits to qualified applicants. Our main office is in Crestwood, MO, but we also have a newer office in O'Fallon, IL. We are currently looking to hire a Staff Tax Accountant to join our growing team.

Duties for Staff Tax Accountant:
 Prepare tax returns including forms 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S and all applicable schedules.
 Prepare compiled financial statements
 Support clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings with tax and accounting needs.
 Bookkeeping
 Payroll Tax Returns
 Respond to IRS and state notices
Must Have:
 CPA or EA preferred
 Bachelor’s Degree in accounting related field required
 1-2 years of recent public accounting experience
 1-2 years of QuickBooks preferred
 Team player with a positive attitude

 Must be able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
 Strong attention to detail
 Proficient with Office Products
 Maintain client’s confidentiality
 Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,240.00 - $101,016.00 per year
