The ideal candidate would have:

  • Demonstrated organizational change management experience driving impactful changes across a broad set of stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of organizational change management tools and methodologies to drive organizational change
  • Communications strategy and planning experience to build broad awareness and understanding
  • A track record of driving measurable outcomes and enabling change

CORE Responsibilities:

  • Leverage change management methodology, processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor master change and communication plans for large departmental or multi year initiatives and programs.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Communicate business transformation and change management status and provide regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external stakeholders. Influence key decisions across stakeholder groups.

ADDITIONAL Responsibilities:

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated change resistance
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level. Support and engage senior leaders. Coach people managers and supervisors.
  • Manage the change portfolio

Qualifications :

  • 7-10 years of work in consulting, change management, and/or supporting transformation work across multiple functional teams
  • Experience leading multiple areas of change management in complex organizations across disciplines, inclduing stakeholder management, communications and engagement, training, benefits realization, change impact assessments
  • Well organized and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritization
  • Ability to adapt style and build relationships with related functions, gain trust and support, encourage collaboration
  • Ability to anticipate obstacles, address challenges, offer solutions, identify resources, and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze ambiguous information and present effectively
  • Degree-level education and/or relevant Change Management experience and certification (Prosci preferred)

The pay range for this position is $102,000 to $145,000 annually. Pay may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; educational background; and geographic location. Dependent on the position offered, benefits, bonus and incentive payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
