Equity opportunities:

We have developed a model that allows a successful producer to partner in the growth and equity of the whole business.

• If a producer, can grow or bring a book of targeted commercial business with at least $500,000 in total commissions, we will gift that producer $650,000 worth of agency.
• If a producer, can grow or bring a book of targeted commercial business with $750,000 in total commissions, we will gift that producer $1,000,000 worth of agency stock (or an additional $350,000 above the already paid $650,000).
• This gifting of stock would be reduced by any prepaid commission / draw via a calculation that we will share during the hiring.
• Additional equity purchases would potentially be available as well.

Location: Greene, Fayette, Somerset, Washington, Westmoreland, Cambria, Allegheny, Indiana, Beaver, Lawrence, Butler (Cranberry area and south), and Armstrong Counties

License: Property & Casualty License

Compensation: $120,000-$175,000 (open to negotiation) + Benefits + Equity
