Job description
The role of the Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing all the functional needs of the Chief Administrative Officer as well as a variety of special projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage all aspects of business activities and functions of upper management.
  • Calendar / Travel management.
  • Proactively manage time for upper management.
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings, conferences, catering, and other specials events, ensuring that required informational materials and equipment Set up of communication links for meetings via teleconference, videoconference and web conferences.
  • Manage complex travel schedule for upper management and assist in preparation of travel expense reports.
  • Proactively schedule prep meetings.
  • Approve exceptions to Corporate travel policy on behalf of upper management.
  • Must work well as a team with other administrative and clerical support staff to ensure the office is running properly and efficiently (i.e., providing backup support as needed, ordering supplies, mail distribution, copying, equipment servicing/repair, etc.).
  • Draft, complete or proof internal and external correspondence.
  • Update org charts / bios.
  • Send reminders regarding training / certifications.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Handle confidential material and maintain strict confidentiality.
Educational Requirements
  • High School Preferred

  • No Experience Required; 2+ Years Preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Notary Public

Base Pay Range: $28.54/hr. - $47.56/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
