We are looking to add Spiritual Practitioners to our join our team to assist our clients in elevating their wellness.
Job Description:
Elevate Spiritual Practitioner will facilitate nurturing of personal religious rituals and spiritual practices for our clients. Provide spiritual care and emotional support, including exploration of issues that are of meaning and value and / or issues causing moral or spiritual distress to our clients. As the Spiritual Practitioner you will offer education and foster conversations and clarification on cultural, ethical, religious, and other topics / dynamics that can affect your client. In this position you will/must provide prayer, affirmation, and daily scripture readings. Spiritual Practitioner for Elevate requires a leader that is technically savvy with a high degree of knowledge in the overall field and recognized expertise in specific areas; problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues / problems without previous incident and / or structure. Previous experience working as a Spiritual Guidance in a religious, spiritual, or healthcare setting and possess the following credentials: hold a ministerial license (Ordained Minister, Pastor, Reverend, Minister), Board Certified Chaplain, an Imam, or possess a degree in seminary/theology or have seminary training. In addition, 2-4 years of experience in such role is required. Certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
