Blazerworks, in partnership with the La Porte School District, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication and language challenges, enabling them to reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students, including speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
Provide therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on students' therapy progress.
Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Indiana.
Experience working with school-aged children and familiarity with IEP process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
