Job description

We are hiring Events Workers to provide unarmed security. The position requires you stand during your shift, provide face to face customer service, and resolve complaints.

The ideal candidate will work events as they arise. This is an oncall - as needed job.

Job Duties consist of the following:

• Supervise event activities and ensure safety of all participants.
• Greet and assist attendees as they arrive.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event.
• Resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event.

Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Attention to detail; Great communication skills.
• Ability to assist fellow staff members and work with others as a team.
• Ability to work alone.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour (depends on availablity, experience, and education)
