Essential Job Duties:

Well Optimization Specialists will focus on optimal SRP well surveillance processes and optimization all ORCM domestic properties. This individual will provide SRP control optimization, implementing new technology, monitoring, surveillance, trouble shooting, diagnostics and optimization support by identifying and understanding events, and working with the stakeholders on corrective actions to correct, save and or optimize SRP. The SRP Specialists will work to improve performance and work activities for SRP optimization operations with Asset Well Surveillance and Reservoir teams along with affiliated ORCM Production Operations teams.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

• Optimization of pump off control parameters
• Identify displacement changes needed and communicate to asset
• Identify and react to performance indicator deviations (NEXUS exception reports)
• Complex troubleshooting in cooperation with WPS-Prod, WPS- Lift, PE, etc.
• New technology implementation
• Advise PE on equipment and risk
• Enhance operation and control strategies
• Educate/Train new WPS-Prod
• Coordinate lift reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience in SRP optimization and well surveillance techniques, downhole lift equipment design, surface operations and applicable downhole servicing procedures.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in SRP Optimization and well surveillance techniques.
• Excellent understanding of all SRP well surveillance technical aspects.
• Excellent understanding of SRP downhole designs, specifications, and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of SRP surface operations and optimization techniques.
• Problem solving skills with ability to analyze and recommend solutions on problems of high complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in self and others.
