Location: 31.6 miles or 29 minutes South-East of Albany, NY. Columbia County
Schedule: 4 days a week afternoon-night shift
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents.
- Ability to converse in English and Spanish
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license
- Availability to work 40 hours per week. Evening-Night or Overnight shift
- Full COVID vaccination is REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Responsible for direct supervision and engagement of youth.
- Provide fair, consistent, and positive reinforcement for acceptable behaviors.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistently supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Participate in the treatment team process.
- Implement daily schedule including program routines.
- Assist assigned residents with specified tasks.
- Employ proper protocols and procedures as required by the agency.

Salary: $45,900.00 - $46,900.00 per year
