The Spa Manager is a hands-on hard-working manager that is committed to excellence and success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all activities related to sales and forecasts to achieve/exceed objectives for the spa. Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accounting at Point of Sale registers. Be a subject matter expert on all products and services. Drive 100% customer confidence in all products and services. Train New Team Members and continually evaluate and react to performance issues. Tracking Inventory, Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and scripts through regular employee meetings. Fulfills franchise reporting requirements

Must be able to work days, nights and at least one weekend day. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T WORK MORNING, EVENINGS AND/OR WEEKEND DAY(S). This position is responsible tor working with all employees and training on different shifts so flexibility is paramount.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
