SMOQEHOUSE is a fast-casual bbq fusion shop located in Bradenton Beach. We are currently seeking an individual for front of house order taking/customer service and a BOH expo, prep. Ability to multitask, communicate and work in a fast paced environment is a must. You must be on time and reliable. This position is PT/Seasonal with possibility to stay on during the off season. Job responsibilities will include taking orders, food expo, cleaning, answering phones, etc.
We are also seeking an experienced line cook. Ability to run a flat top & fryers. Fast paced environment. Must be able to keep a line clean, stocked, organized. Be able to prep and follow recipes.
All positions are hourly plus tips. Average pay with tips is $18-$28/hr. Include free employee meal per shift, Sundays & major holidays off.
