The Sign Maker is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Maker is also detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Sign Maker is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius and, most importantly, have fun! Do you have the drive to get fully immersed in partnering with ramping up a new business? Minimum Job Duties · Sign design and production to include scanning, editing, as well as using FlexiSign, InDesign, AI and Photoshop· Broad range of installation experience (surface applications, wraps, monuments, channel letters, dimensional signs, etc.)· Experience coordinating with outsource partners, suppliers and sub-contractors· Project management/workflow experience· Stay focused, inspect and proof jobs throughout each step of process· Full-time availability (40 hours/week) - Onsite· Answer phones · Consult/interface with customers – be responsible for “on-time” production· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a positive upbeat attitude· Pricing · Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area · Assist in maintaining company signage equipment · Perform daily and weekly backups · Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs · Learn new technologies, skills and techniques to become a better sign making professional · Other task assigned by manager Minimum Qualifications · 5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production · Background in vinyl creation and application · Large format digital printing · Design creativity · Knowledge in Microsoft Office· Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) · Experience with RIP software · Enjoying what you do
Install vehicle wraps & graphics Additional Preferred Qualifications · Knowledgeable in color management · Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.) · Knowledge in Corebridge and/or Trello If you are what we are looking for, I will pay you what you are worth commensurate with your skills, experiences and abilities.
