Position Details:
We are seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a part-time Showroom Customer Service Representative. Showroom hours for this location are:
Tuesday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 10am-5pm
Pay $18-$22/ hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with walk-in customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell luxury kitchen and bath products
- Learn customers’ motivation for their visit to the showroom then translate their needs into solutions
- Maximize time with customers while still providing a luxury experience
- Participate in customer events, such as live kitchen demonstrations
- Continuously improve sales skills and remain up to date with luxury home trends
- Use and embrace CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Act with integrity and promote an inclusive environment for our customers and associates
Qualifications:
- Must be willing and available to work Showroom hours, including Saturday and Sunday
- Strong sales presence and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
- Understand the basics of luxury design and interior decorating
- Must have digital literacy skills and be willing to connect with customers virtually
- Able to engage in a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions for the varying needs of the customer
- Ability to learn and embrace new technologies such as CRM and other sales tracking tools
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in growing with Ferguson for a long-term career
- Multi-lingual is a plus but not required
