COOK

DAILY

• Wipe down the counter and shelves
• Wipe down steam kettle/ gravy container
• Wipe down toasters and shelves including outside of shelve
• Empty toaster crumb tray
• Wipe outside and inside of the microwave
• Wipe down bread counter
• Clean grill/Empty grease traps
• Wipe down cutting board top and underneath
• Wipe down step
• Put away butter/butter pan on stove
• Stock all supplies, prep for next day
• Potatoes x2 weekly (as needed per season)
• Gravy x2 weekly (as needed per season) clean up roaster stand after
• Sweep/Mop under the mats

WEEKLY

• Wipe out fridge
• Wipe outside of fridge with stainless cleaner
• Clean under the burners/new foil
• Replace the foil for egg catcher
• Clean stainless behind the grill/backsplash
• Sweep and mop under the fridge

EVERY THREE MONTHS

• Clean under the burners and flat tops
• Clean entire fridge shelves and sides and bottom
• Empty water drip trays under all fridge/freezer
• Clean on top of all fridge and freezer

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
