The ideal candidate for this position has experience running a shift at a business and has knowledge on how to lead a team to achieve business results. He or she will also have the ability to motivate a large staff in order to lead them to success.

Requirements for Position

- Independent

- Ability to focus on details

- Ability to lead a large team of 12-20 employees at one time

- Available to work varying shifts during hours of operations

- Ability to be on one's feet for 8-9 hour shifts

- Customer focused

- High school diploma

- Management experience

- Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

- Manage daily results of a shift

- Training crew

- Cleanliness

- Improving customer service metrics

- Following and enforcing all applicable procedures

- Managing shift profitability

- Delegate responsibilities to crew and follow up following completion
