Village Marina is looking for an experienced and motivated Candidate to join our team!

We will be opening soon, a complete New Service Center!! This will include the Service shop, and New Office Structure for the Staff! This will be one of the greatest opportunities for someone that is looking for more than a career, and not a Job.

Candidate should have marine industry knowledge, but also willing to train.

A boat enthusiast with a positive disposition and a strong knowledge of boats and boat systems are a plus for this position.

You will perform a variety of duties to include but not limited to:

• Manage and lead service technicians to meet company goals and deadlines
• Generate work orders based on the customers complaints or needs, clarifying description of problems with the

customer and properly documenting said problems to ensure they are addressed in the appropriate manner.

• Schedule and tracking all service and repairs.
• Advise customers of products and services that may improve their experience while using their boat.
• Maintain parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Create estimated and invoices using QuickBooks.
• Maintaining relations with vendors
• Assisting marine technicians with repairs and parts research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
