Has great face-to-face customer service skills
Is able to communicate with people in a professional manner
Is an individual who enthusiastically helps others with an upbeat and positive attitude
Follows rules and procedures for a safe working environment
Has the ability to work closely with other employees in a respectful and courteous manner
Stays calm under pressure
Works effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Is a responsible individual who wants to start a lucrative career with a company that is continuously growing
Is trustworthy and responsible
Has a burning desire to be successful
Willing to complete training courses for certification as a Hyundai Advisor
Previous automotive dealership experience is required
Previous experience with Dealer Track a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting customers, either face to face or by phone, before, during, and after a service appointment
Operate an internal computer system for assisting customers and service activities
Working with employees inside and outside of the department with professional respect
Accepting payment from customers
Answering general questions about the services offered
Must be able to work Saturdays and one evening per week
