As an RV Service Writer at Chesaco RV, your role will be to ensure smooth operations in our service department. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the service workflow for our RV dealership.

Responsibilities:

● Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers.

● Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document service requirements.

● Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress.

● Collaborate with RV service technicians to diagnose and assess customer RV issues.

● Prepare service quotes, estimates, and invoices for customers.

● Collect payments and process transactions accurately.

● Maintain organized service records and customer profiles.

● Conduct quality inspections on completed service jobs.

● Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

● Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Previous experience in the automotive or RV industry preferred.

● Strong customer service and communication skills.

● Basic technical knowledge of RV systems and components.

● Proficient computer skills.

● Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

● Weekend or holiday work may be required.
