Purpose

To direct and/or perform filter or other product changes at our customers locations, acting as Team Leader of the crew on Sundays or other days assigned. Assists with monitoring of customer systems and will be responsible for monitoring outcomes of work performed by other team members. Position requires working one overnight shift per week, Wed PM to Thu AM.

Drive truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory to deliver goods. Manually move freight, stock inventory at point of delivery, and perform other general labor. General labor may include but is not limited to: Reading and processing work orders for delivery, attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information, and loading/unloading deliveries.

All other duties as assigned.

This position will work a day shift on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and an overnight shift Wednesday PM into Thursday AM. Overtime will be paid on any hours over 8 in a shift. A $2.00 shift premium will be added to overnight shifts.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge

· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

· Knowledge of principles and methods for delivering product to customers.

Skills

• Equipment Maintenance Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Management of Material Resources Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
• Time Management Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Tasks

· Perform service technician duties as required/assigned

· Act as team leader to monitor the performance of other service technicians

· Drive trucks to deliver product

· Stock customer inventories

· Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles by hand or other equipment.

· Sort cargo before loading and unloading.

· Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.

· Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.

· Measure / cut / pack / label filters

· Assist with safety inspections

· All other duties as assigned

· Operate vehicles or material-moving equipment as shown below:

· Delivery trucks

· Delivery vans

· Forklift/aerial lift

· Dollies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
