Rancilio Group North America is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Service Coordinator to join our After Sales team.

Service Coordinator Position

The Service Coordinator role provides excellent product support by gathering information from customers and technicians, generating work orders and following up to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

What the job entails

  • Professional and friendly communication with customers, service companies and coworkers
  • Gather and enter detailed information from technicians and customers
  • Ensure product support and customer satisfaction
  • Generate work orders to service companies.
  • Maintaining organization in the After Sales Department and data bases.
  • Educating customers on processes and procedures during product warranty period

Experience needed to succeed

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work well in a team atmosphere
  • Friendly, responsible, with good time management skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to balance short term and long-term projects
  • Basic understanding of coffee fundamentals a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, and Windows based programs a plus

Compensation

Based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
