Job Summary:

The Service BDC & Concierge is responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality customer service when scheduling service appointments, dropping off and picking up their vehicles. This role involves handling all aspects of the customer experience, from answering incoming calls and emails to coordinating necessary services. The Service BDC & Concierge will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle repairs as well as providing follow-up contact after customer service .

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails and messages and provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to customers
• Schedule service appointments, and work with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
• Coordinate shuttle service, loaner vehicles, and other transportation options as needed
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
• Provide follow-up contact with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns
• Take photos of new vehicles for marketing and advertising purposes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Valid drivers license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
