Position Description:

Service Account Executive

Primary Purpose:

Market company's full service offering by acquiring new business and prospecting new customers, focusing on preventative maintenance service contract sales and new customer acquisitions.

Specific Job Duties:

  • New business to business sales and account management of customers within the healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Ability to position Riddleberger Brothers, Inc (a Comfort Systems USA company) as the premier mechanical service provider
  • Follow safety guidelines and policies in support of the company safety program
  • Maintain records of sales and customer information
  • Create a detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to securing preventative maintenance agreements
  • Sell RBI services at a level that supports the annual gross margin goal
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon annual sales targets and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain multiple relationships within customer's organizations to ensure future opportunities

Formal education, certifications and/or experience required:

  • Must possess strong sales and communication skills
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to drive alone to customer accounts and job sites daily
  • Ability to pass a full background and drug screen
  • Ability to pass a physical assessment

Other Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in consultative sales
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret request for proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
