This is a seasonal role with an estimated start date of February 20th, 2023, and an anticipated end date of 10/31/2023.

Title: Server

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage

Summary of Position:

A Server will enjoy interacting with diverse personality types, while serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to continue to deliver outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

● Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner

● Knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials

● In an honest and timely manner, prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and make accurate change for cash payments

● Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures

● Provide timely, courteous service to all guests throughout the meal service

● Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned

● Accurately prepare sales and tip reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card receipts

● Complete other front of house duties such as host, and busser- food runner as needed to meet business requirements

● Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested

Position Requirements:

● Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy

● Excellent customer service and people skills

● Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts

● Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork

● Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

● Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Knowledge and Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment

National Park/Resort experience

Hourly rate $6.00 + tips
