Lentz Wastewater Management is a septic installation and repair company that serves Iredell County and surrounding areas. We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team.

Qualified candidate must be dependable, punctual and motivated. Work is performed in varying weather; candidate must have the ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor on a daily basis. Job requires someone organized with ability to problem solve and interact with customers.

Important qualities include ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and take initiative to complete tasks, prioritize assignments, and the ability to evaluate issues from multiple perspectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Septic system installation, maintenance and repairs
• Septic pump installation, maintenance and repairs
• Biannual septic system maintenance visits
• Septic pump service calls (diagnosing and troubleshooting)
• Driving company vehicle and transporting materials to job sites
• Digging, lifting and performing general physical labor
• Operating necessary equipment to complete jobs
• Inventory management
• Ordering materials, parts and supplies from authorized vendors
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Computerized scheduling and invoicing
• Customer interactions
• Other responsibilities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Plumbing: 1 years (Required)
• Valid Drivers License
• Dependable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift over 75 pounds
• Able to work outdoors daily

PREFERRED:

• Experience with septic system repair, installation, inspection or maintenance
• Electrical experience
• Transporting equipment

Job sites include 60 mile radius of Statesville, NC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
