Our work depends on SYSMAN Administrator joining our team to provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and integration of SysMan systems in support of NETCOM Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF) NIPRNET and SIPRNET.

HOW A SR. SYSMAN SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Deploying patches and applications via MECM Administration Console

• Administering computer objects within the MECM Console on Enterprise level

• Integration and O&M of physical and virtual IT environments

• SysMan Software Delivery Service and IAVM Packaging; MECM, Software Delivery, Packaging, Operating System Deployment, Patch Management, Reporting, Various Firmware, MSI, SMS Installer, Virtual Basic (VB) Scripting, Batch Programming, Command Line, PowerShell, Basic Networking Concepts, Remote Tools, Advanced TCP/IP functions (WINS, DNS, DHCP)

• Integrate, package and install various application installation (.exe, .bat, .msi) into a standard process

• Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: BA/BS Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience

• Certifications: DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT Level II Certification to start AND Computing Environment Certification, MCSA 2016, Microsoft AZ 800-801, or Server + within 6 months of hire

• Full suite of SysMan tools and NetOps tools, procedures, and operational constructs

• Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and/or 2019; understand of how Active Directory works with MECM; System Center 2012 Suite (MECM, SCOM, SCORCH) or latest version; Intermediate Network Management; Microsoft/VMware Virtualization experience

• Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio

• Knowledge of commonly used application installation packaging tools and processes.

• SysMan technologies that cross all network tiers, hardware and storage configuration, Army Information Assurance environment, and configuration management. Skills and experience in SysMan related IT, supporting infrastructure systems, as well as configuration management skills.

• Expertise in industry database issues and trends related to the SysMan NetOps functional area.

• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

• Required Technical Skills: SYSMAN and NetOps Tools; Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and/or 2019

• Security Clearance Level: SECRET

• Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, Problem solving

• Location: On Customer Site Ft Huachuca
