The registered financial assistant is a sales and client relationship support position expected to enhance the client experience by providing exceptional client service.
This position is ideal for a creative and organized professional who has outstanding administrative skills and is looking to learn, grow, and develop professionally in the Wealth Management Arena... Our ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. The candidate must be a team player with a flexible attitude and the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Administrative and Sales support to our Wealth Management Financial Advisor Team
- Assist Financial Advisor(s)with sales, service, and operational related activities such as providing service to clients via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence.
- New Client On-boarding, manage documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Use of docu-sign, scanning and electronic filing
- Perform basic money movement functions.
- Process trades as directed by the Financial Advisor.
- Process trades and rebalancing in the firms Model Portfolio’s
- Monitoring and Processing RMD’s
- Preparing for and attending client review meetings
- Implementing plan of action derived from client review.
- Creation and maintenance of workflows
- Research client and security information through the back-office system.
- Ensures required client paperwork is current with firm and industry compliance standards.
- Maintains databases and creates reports using Salesforce.
- Participates in and receives cross-training, as well as assists with other operational functions as required.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Exposure to Para Planning
- Reviewing the meeting notes of the Advisor regarding client goals
- Discussing and formulating the Financial Plan in concert with the advisor
- Completing the data entry into E Money
- Illustrating the different scenario projection and formulating recommendations
- Preparation of the Financial Planning Document
Must be an extraordinary individual possessing both people skills and the ability to perform accurate detail work Applicants should have a minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Sales Assistant. Applicants must have experience with on-line trading, client service and compliance. Having Series 7 & 24 and a background with our clearing house LPL Financial (Client Works) is a major plus.
Required Skills
- Our ideal candidates will have the Series 7, 63 and Series 24 licenses, 3 years of relevant experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, are goal-oriented, possess a great attitude, and communicate extremely well.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Personal or professional track record of achievement
- Highly professional work ethic
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) database software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience with Morningstar Advisor workstation

We are looking to hire a highly talented and coveted individual and are willing to offer a VERY GENEROUS compensation package to the right candidate. Salary depends on the skills indicated, salary range $75,000 to $90,000.
