As part of our growing Financial Services Business Transformation team, you with work with our clients, including some of the most iconic financial services companies globally, as they reshape financial services for the future. You will gain in-depth experiences around digital transformation, strategy, and business change initiatives, both emerging and current, to help our global clients create competitive advantages and respond to evolving global regulatory requirements.


How you will contribute:


  • Serving as a key client contact by planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional and large-scale data management engagements related to Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics, Reporting, Data Architecture, etc.
  • Using your proven ability to drive and support go to market activities and manage a book of business that provides excellent and relevant services to the market
  • Recruiting, training, developing, and leading professionals
  • Being responsible for all phases of the engagement including scoping, budgeting, execution of project deliverables, communications with the project team and client, staffing requirements, job planning, and scheduling
  • Managing the relationship with client contacts and project team members to facilitate project fulfillment
  • Exercising independent thinking skills by making decisions related to engagements including dynamic problem solving, strategy, risk assessment, quality control, etc.
  • Leading multiple project teams as well as the managing the performance and promotion of staff
  • Serving as a key member in practice leadership across all Service Lines


We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

  • Highly proficient verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with teams and executive leadership both internally and client-related
  • Professional demeanor towards duties and responsibilities, particularly regarding independence, professional ethics, and the exercise of professional judgment
  • Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:


Minimum qualifications:


  • BA or BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10 years or more of consulting or project leadership experience related to various regulations and data management requirements
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of various Data Governance and Analytical tools required (e.g., Informatica (Axon, IDQ), Information Analyzer, Collibra, Tableau, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree and data certification (e.g., CDMP)
  • 10 years or more of professional-level project management experience
  • Knowledge of data management requirements and expectations within Financial Services
  • Proven track record of business development targets achieved
  • Other relevant certifications (CPA, PMP, FRM, CFE, CFA)
  • Knowledge of Database Software Systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access, CRM)
