WestLand Resources Inc., is actively seeking a Senior Landscape Architect as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for providing project and client management for landscape architecture projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registration as a landscape architect in the state of Arizona.
• At least 5 years of experience as a registered landscape architect.
• Professional skills should include knowledge of both native and non-native planting design, irrigation design, site grading and drainage design, hardscape design and recreation amenity design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external professionals.
• Knowledge and experience working in the greater Phoenix Valley market as a landscape architect.
• Self motivated / self starter with the ability to market landscape architectural services to private and public clients.
• Ability to work independently, meet with clients, mange project, manage technical staff in the preparation of technical documents, prepare construction cost estimates, and understand submittal requirements for various Phoenix Valley municipalities and agencies.
• Experience with land development clients preferred.
• Active driver's license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with the Company's vehicle use policy.
