We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Internal Auditor with excellent communications skills and an analytical mindset to join our diverse team of high performing individuals who constantly seek challenges to do better.
- Support the execution of a high-quality audit through diligent performance of assigned tasks and team interactions;
- Support the use of enabling technologies in the audit, which includes effective risk assessment, data extractions, statistical-based sampling procedures and related analyses;
- Execute and document a well-structured and effective audit documentation regarding current processes and technology systems, identification of risk points, controls that mitigate the risk points and evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of the control activities;
- Identify process improvements and audit efficiencies as part of the Company’s continuous improvement culture;
- Support project management activities by assessing and reporting status, tracking deliverables, and coordinating action items;
- Adhere to the Firms Values and Code of Conduct
- Master's degree
OR
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of audit, accounting or finance experience
OR
- At least 3 years of audit, accounting or finance experience

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Time management skills to tackle numerous projects at once in a fast-paced environment;
- Critical thinker who can assess risks and evaluate whether established processes are appropriately designed to respond and mitigate the identified risks;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders;
- Must maintain the highest level of integrity and ethical behavior to ensure that audits are conducted objectively and independently.
