Inside the Role
This role will drive the global and local execution of our tech-driven strategies to optimize our core value streams and digitalize our business. You will work with C-level leadership in Portland, Stuttgart and Tokyo to lead the implementation of key digital priorities for our customers, supply chain, product development as well as employees by unlocking the power of technology. You are an effective influencer with excellent communication skills, great intercultural competence and a strong digital mindset. You are comfortable preparing and presenting critical updates to senior leadership under time pressure to drive decision-making.

Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
  • Establish project governance structure
  • Drive operational efficiency and process alignment
  • Lead, measure, and track performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Deliver regular reporting regarding updates and implementation metrics to all relevant stakeholders
  • Serve as a strategic partner while facilitating cross-domain collaboration
  • Maintain regular correspondence with stakeholders and liaisons to facilitate ongoing status updates, relationship management & proactive functional guidance
  • Prioritize topics based on strategic business objectives
  • Streamline and automate processes and workflows
  • Estimate level of effort and required resources for project work
Knowledge You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business International Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, program manager, management consultant or strategy consultant
  • Ability to communicate and present complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to dissect a complex problem into a highly-structured approach
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Strong record of academic achievement and clear demonstration of leadership in a work, academic, and/or extracurricular setting
  • Process mapping and process improvement
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Facilitation skills in diverse venues
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
  • MBA or Masters degree in Organization Development, Change Management, or other related concentration
  • Project management certifications e.g. PMP
