DC Engineering is growing and looking for a licensed Senior Civil Engineer to join their company leadership team in the Lansing, MI area!

The firm specializes in land development and survey work, hydrology & hydraulics, planning, municipal infrastructure (sewer transport systems, county drain projects, road and bridge design), and construction services.

The ideal candidate will be great with client interfacing activities, program management and project management oversight. This position reports directly to the President of the company. This position does come with a path to ownership and an established plan is in place to be discussed and implemented.

Having experience with hydrology and hydraulics is strongly preferred - sewer hydraulics, system designs, bidding, and construction administration for clients.

Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Willingness to be a team player.

Constant learner.

Leadership and management skills.

Company car is provided, if necessary, for site visits.

Compensation: This is a salaried position with additional opportunities for monthly AND annual bonuses.
