About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Consultant who will be responsible for partnering with Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) functional teams to consult and execute on complex, critical and/or sensitive change, awareness, procedure, and process-related communication needs with a high degree of quality and consistency. This individual may also lead and engage upon various initiatives and projects in support of the team's processes and strategies. This role will report to the manager of the ECR Communications team.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead or execute communication-based initiatives and activities
  • Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo's reputation
  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
  • Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging
  • Collaborate with ECR Communications team and support partners to identify and execute communication process best practices and efficiencies
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years consulting and collaborating with cross-functional business areas on complex internal communications experience
  • 3+ years Technical Writing experience
  • 3+ years supporting financial, complaints, risk, or regulatory initiatives experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in English, Journalism, Professional Writing, Creative Writing, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, resourcefulness and adaptability are important
  • Ability to think strategically and draw connections between multiple related efforts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines and levels of complexity
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Base Pay Range: 73,100.00 - 129,900.00
