Senior Brand Ambassador Job Description

Breville, a leader in small appliances, is currently looking for a self- motivated, energetic individual to join our team of Field Sales and Execution. The ideal candidate must be very passionate about the Breville line and provide energy and excitement about the Breville brand in strategic and tactical markets. He or she will build relationships with Breville retail partners and Breville Brand Ambassadors, visit stores, provide in-store demonstrations, attend events, and share their knowledge with others to increase awareness, advocacy, sales, and continued growth of the Breville brand in key Breville markets.

The Breville Senior Brand Ambassador, a Breville employee, responsibilities and essential job functionsinclude but are not limited to the following:

  • Support a large territory of Breville retail partners in strategic and tactical metro areas.
  • Increase sales at retail through proven techniques and strategies.
  • Build retail partnerships through merchandising, events, planning, training, selling and weekend product demonstrations.
  • Support Breville Retail Sales Managers by providing training and onboarding for proximal Breville Brand Ambassadors.
  • Assess needs and opportunities for Breville Events that can drive brand awareness, brand advocacy, and word of mouth sales.
  • Gain understanding and mastery of all Breville product lines including Coffee, Ovens, Blending and Juicing.
  • Focus on relationships with all Breville partners; internal and external.
  • Provide physical and virtual support to marketing activities promoted and planned jointly with Breville teams and Breville partnerships.

Experience and Skills required to do an exceptional job: *

  • Proven results with the following responsibilities: territory management, event work, brand ambassadorship, training, relationship curation.
  • Track record of increased sales and productivity activities resulting in YoY territory growth and KPI accomplishment.
  • Ability to communicate product features and benefits to small and large audiences.
  • Experience training and educating others with memorable and repeatable information and techniques.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and ability to incorporate those into each interaction.
  • Proven success demonstrating and selling products in a high paced retail environment.
  • Professional experience with selling techniques and how to use them for success while delivering a brilliant brand experience directly to customers and retail associates.
  • Natural relationship builder and relationship manager in a selling and influencing capacity.
  • Success working with others and influencing growth, knowledge, advocacy, and teamwork.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
