We are looking for a Senior Associate to work in our Boca Raton, FL office or remotely.
This position will primarily assist in performing complex compensation valuations of physician compensation arrangements as well as analyses related to our other compensation & services arrangements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide analytical assistance on various valuation projects including but not limited to on-call coverage arrangements, medical directorship arrangements, physician professional services arrangements, and employment arrangements
- Assist in the researching, gathering, organizing, summarizing, and analyzing of financial and operational data from healthcare entities
- Draft reports and opinions in a concise and meaningful manner, with particular attention to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analyses, and conclusions
- Ability to recognize, analyze and resolve issues regarding compensation structures and agreement terms
- Communicate with clients throughout the course of each engagement
- Effectively track and manage the throughput of each engagement, develop a solid understanding of various project types and procedures, meet budgets and timelines for projects, and oversee day-to-day flow of multiple projects
- Communicate and work cooperatively with colleagues
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (prefer Master's degree) from four-year accredited university in relevant field (business, healthcare administration, political science, or journalism/literature etc.)
- 5 years' experience in hospital/healthcare operations, and/or law, journalism, quality, risk management, or finance/accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to read and understand complex contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as position requires frequent client interaction with C-Suite executives, General Counsel and other high level administrative personnel
- Impeccable attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, strong organizational skills, and deadline oriented
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations is a plus
