KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, People, Learning and Talent Solutions to join our Human Resource organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend the business objectives, challenges, strategic direction and technologies by working with stakeholders and technical resources and the ability to provide support to various business areas
  • Elicit, compile, and document business processes by being an active leader, using a variety of elicitation methods such as interviewing, workshops, and workflow reviews
  • Support the gathering of business requirements back to development team, through detailed flow charts, diagrams, prototypes, use cases, and user stories, as well as support the testing process and traceability through review of test cases
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with leadership, building trusted relationships through assignments (project team, stakeholders, and sponsors)
  • Understand, support and contribute to organization’s strategy and contribute ideas and feedback within department

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience with project management (owning deliverables for large programs and/or products), preferably within a major enterprise organization preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent work projects and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues
  • Able to effectively work/communicate with remote/distributed teams and with all levels of management
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Jira, SAP
  • Prior experience leading and contributing to the activities within a project or team, including excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with project team
