What you'll be doing
As a member of the U.S. Commercial Banking team, you’ll build lasting relationships with business owners and executives throughout the country to help them realize their ambitions.
The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting executives and coordinating a department’s administrative activities, applying extensive knowledge of the job to provide support at an advanced level. The role makes decisions on methods to complete administrative tasks, organizing an office using independent judgement, discretion and diplomacy and making day-to-day administrative and operational decisions. The Senior Administrative Assistant applies independent interpretation of policies on new projects and assignments, preparing correspondence, memos, minutes and reports from verbal instructions or other preparatory material. The role provides guidance to others on non-routine issues, managing small special events or projects, coordinating meetings and developing administrative procedures and processes.

How you’ll succeed:
- Assist with Monthly Expense Reports, Travel Reservations, coordinate internal and external meetings with external visitors.
- Coordinate monthly meetings which includes bringing in product partners as well as external business partners.
- Manage Outlook contacts and invite lists for client events, holiday cards, etc.
- Work with Group Heads and Marketing liaison in planning and executing trade shows and large client events; assist in coordinating PowerPoint presentations and materials for these events.
- Assist in completing eGrant requests which includes obtaining approval, submitting requests, following through on approved requests by ensuring ads are in place, sponsorship payment is sent, and tables are filled when sponsoring dinners.
- Assist ticket managers to coordinate sports and other client entertainment tickets for Business/Correspondent Banking & Community Development groups.
- Assist in onboarding new hires/transfers, building facility’s needs, and handle Messenger/Express mailings
