As our Senior Accountant you will be part of a team of teams, focused on Respect and Responsibility, idea meritocracy, and equity in all of our dealings.
Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate, engaged, energetic, entrepreneurial spirit
- A desire to collaborate - You understand that work is easier (and more fun) with teamwork
- Perform various journal entries for period end close
- Play vital role in period end close process
- Update fixed asset listings each period
- Prepare periodic balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Update daily cash sheets with banking activity
- Work with Staff Accountant to post daily sales reports and weekly inventory and payroll entries
- Manage re-launch project accounting worksheets
- Support Controller and Accounting Manager with annual audit
- Special projects as assigned by Controller or Accounting Manager
- Assist with invoice input into accounts payable system
- Assist Accounts Payable Administrator with weekly payment runs
Salary will be based on level of experience and skillset within the salary range provided below:
- $70,000 – $75,000 base salary
