Dispatcher
AP Professional Security, LLC is currently accepting applications for the following position: Dispatcher
Duties will include, but are not limited to: serving as a point of contact person for security communications; receiving and relaying routine and emergency messages to and from phone, computers and disseminating via radios and/or telephone to security personnel and administrators; operating computerized equipment; promoting site safety; displaying excellent customer service skills; and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and experience in one of the following areas: communications, switchboard exchange operations, clerical accounting, billing or working with the general public required. Previous dispatch experience preferred. A successful candidate should possess good verbal and written skills. Additionally, a successful candidate should also have the ability to: interact successfully within a diverse community and with visitors; act and make decisions quickly and intelligently in all situations; operate computer programs and systems related to a security company; and answer calls for assistance on radios and/or telephones from the public and security personnel.
7 Day on / off rotation 7:30pm-5:30am
