MUSIC DEPARTMENT
West High School

9 month; .813 FTE; 6.5 hours/day; Monday - Friday
$15.89/hour for 120-day probationary period; then $17.66/hour

• Knowledge of office procedures and duties
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, staff and parents
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Must be proficient in use of computers; experience with Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to organize, manage time and multi-task
• Requires a High School diploma or GED
• Two years experience in general office/secretarial work
