Skopos Hospitality is a group of restaurants and bars located in Northern New Jersey. We are known for our craft cocktails and seasonal pub-style food menus, all set in uniquely designed spaces that transport our guests. During the holiday season, starting the week of Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve, we transform our spaces into Christmas cocktail bars. We are very busy during this period and are seeking seasonal staff. Come earn extra money for the holiday season, the most wonderful time of the year!

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Support Staff at Franklin Social (aka 'Miracle on Mercer') in Jersey City!

This position will begin ASAP and run through the 1st week of January. Full-time or continued employment *may* be available following the seasonal position if desired.

Responsibilities

• Correctly and efficiently transport food from the kitchen to the guest
• Knowledge menu items including major components and appropriate utensils
• Understand food safety and allergies protocols.
• Respond to guest requests, communicate requests to server or management
• Communicate respectfully with the kitchen team
• Clean tables thoroughly after guests have vacated their tables
• Polish and restock silverware and glassware
• Empty garbage, recycling, and linen bins
• Maintenance of refilling water bottles during service
• Respond to guest requests, communicate requests to server or management
• Always seek to be a team player
• Thoroughly completing assigned side work
• Staying calm under high volume, high-pressure situations
• Work efficiently & multitask while providing the best possible guest experience

Physical Demands
