For over 60-year Ali Industries has manufactured a wide range of sanding and finishing products for the consumer and commercial industries. Our products are proudly manufactured in the United States and are designed to provide superior quality at an exceptional value.

The primary function of a sealing machine operator is to safely and efficiently operator the machine which seals specified sand paper packages in preparation for shipment to retail consumers. This is a full time 1st shift position. The hours of operation are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Operating machines to seal required products
• Boxing, labeling, and placing finished goods onto skids for inventory
• Reviewing production tickets to ensure quality (packaging, materials, labels, etc.)
• Inspect and examine products for quality after sealed and before boxed
• Ability to meet production standards
• Recording production data on daily sheets

• Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person
• Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality
• Learn all jobs/products performed within the department
• Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures
• Treat people with dignity and respect
• Conduct all business with integrity
• Adhere to Ali Industries/Rust-Oleum corporation quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide quality activities
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
