Job Summary: As the Scrum Master & Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for managing the workload of the development, maintenance, design, implementation, testing, and documentation of custom-developed software.

You will be responsible for promoting agile using methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban and performing Quality Assurance testing to ensure the software meets the organization's expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

· Working as a liaison between the Developers and the Stakeholder Team

· Setting the weekly work schedule of development and posting for Company visibility

· Managing the ticketing system for the work (currently using Jira)

· Outlining the requirements of the Stakeholder Team into small work sections, estimating effort, and assigning tasks

· Testing the work done by the developers from the customer or internal user through to the JDE order entry system

· Setting up unit tests as new functionality is available

· Working with the Design team on the assets that are not meeting company specifications and additions of new assets

· Training all internal users on the systems, middleware, and communications between the software systems

· Working with the JDE Development team to understand changes that would affect the middleware between systems

· Gathering all the internal requests and bugs for possible action

· Keeping an open backlog of users, customers, and developer requests; This is to be posted for visibility and reviewed with the Stakeholder Team for priority

· Shaping team behavior through the management of the agile method

· Facilitating daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor the progress of the team in set intervals

Education

· 4-year degree in computer or related field

· 2-year degree in a computer-related field may be considered

Experience in the following is considered a plus:

· Software project management

· Scrum

· Kanban

· Team building

· servant leadership

· driving change activities

· Jira, Git, SQL

Pay: $57,200.00 - $70,080.00 per year
