• Full Time Job
• Salary between 45k to 55k per year (depending on experience)
• Bilingual. English and Spanish
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of multicolor screen printing: Mesh, screen tension, emulsions, squeegees, off-contact, load/unload setup and troubleshooting print problems. Vectorize non vector files, create art proofs, prepare approved arts for printing (colors separation).
• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. Forecast staffing needs, recruit, interview, train, and schedule for retail employees.
• Input staff schedule in ADP every week. Schedule staff accordingly to eekly workflow.
