We currently have an opening for a full-time therapist to provide mental health services to students Candidate must have good communication skills, ability to work independently and be able to function as part of a school based interdisciplinary team are skills essential to this role. Responsibilities include providing Diagnostic Assessments, developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and reviews, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, collaborative documentation, crisis intervention and collaboration with psychiatrists. This therapist position provides services to clients in the Eaton Community School District. This position is responsible for Individual, Group and Diagnostic Assessments for students. Position is located in a fast-paced setting and requires flexibility and ability to embrace a team approach by collaborating with teachers, counselors, administrators and families to improve the client’s academic success and overall quality of life.
Minimum qualifications are Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Work or related field and current Ohio license from Ohio CSWMFT Board, Independent Licensure preferred. Experience with youth population and school environment preferred. Access to an operational vehicle, (full coverage automobile insurance $100,000/$300,000) Liability coverage and a valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test. Must maintain a current NPI number.
