Scheduling Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:

• Direct contact with customers and our network of installers to schedule the installation of vehicle/environmental graphics
• Pre-qualify new installers to make sure the capabilities match or exceed the project scope
• Negotiate with vendors to maintain or reduce project budgets without compromising quality
• Plan and organize projects using proprietary systems to meet or exceed scheduled deadlines
• Establish working relationship with extensive list of vendors
• Work within department metrics to deliver superior service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
