This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Production Scheduler will include:

• Onsite in Davenport, IA.
• 1st shift
• This position will be responsible for scheduling support in the laser cutting and forming operations.
• SAP experience very important for the role
• Must be proficient with MS Office and be an intermediate user of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.). SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to work out on the floor approximately 75% of the time or more, but the rest of the time will be in an office environment.
• This individual will be sitting with others who support the Fabrication operations - Supervisors, Engineers, and other Schedulers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment. This person would be expected to work independently daily with very little work direction

Job Requirements
As a Production Scheduler you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strongly prefer candidates with a 4-year degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of scheduling experience however consideration will be given to candidates with a minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of scheduling experience in a production environment
