Job Title: Schedule Coordinator

Location: Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Mentor-Up Collective Life Lab and Clinic is an up-and-coming healthcare clinic in Tuscaloosa, Alabama that caters to Veterans and Primary Health needs. We are urgently hiring for a Schedule Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records, and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating patient appointments and managing patient schedules

Ensuring timely and accurate patient registration and record-keeping

Responding to patient inquiries and addressing patient concerns

Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Maintaining and updating electronic health records and other patient records

Collaborating with the Office Manager to ensure smooth clinic operations

Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other healthcare software
