Hybrid: Austin, TX OR NYC

Remote: US ONLY

We are looking to hire Scala Engineers to help construct and maintain a platform that enables investors to manage their data, track market insights, and improve communication between fellow stakeholders.

When we think of pensions, endowments, or private investors that fund scholarships, charities, medical research and more, these institutions are often using outdated tools. This company’s overall mission is to offer solutions to manage portfolios in one place to streamline data and remove biases, investors can increase their impact.

You will:

• Build on your functional and OOP skills while using Scala, Akka, Kubernetes and SQL.
• Become an expert in running a cloud enterprise at scale in AWS
• Work with stakeholders and project managers to keep up to date in projects

You need:

• 2 or more years working in development
• Ability to write clean and reliable code
• Exercise discretion and strong communication skills with clients
• Proficiency in Scala

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
